"Sometimes we know something isn’t working, but it can be hard to understand why, or how to change it. Anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, and life transitions can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or from the people we care about most. Therapy can offer a space to slow things down, understand those patterns, and begin creating new ways of relating.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and humanistic, with a strong focus on attachment, the nervous system, and the connection between emotional and physical experiences. I work somatically, helping clients notice how stress and past experiences show up in the body while building greater regulation, awareness, and self-trust. I’m trained in Brainspotting and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and also draw from attachment work, family systems, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
I especially enjoy working with teens navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, family dynamics, and school pressures. My goal is to create a space where they feel respected and understood while building confidence, emotional awareness, and coping skills.
I also work with couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns, like having the same arguments, feeling misunderstood, or struggling to reconnect. Together, we slow those interactions down, explore the attachment needs and protective responses underneath them, and work toward greater understanding, safety, and connection.
Whether you’re a teen finding your footing, a couple trying to find your way back to each other, or an individual working through anxiety or trauma, I aim to offer a space that feels safe, genuine, and hopeful."
